Our partner Rafael Lacaz Amaral and attorney Raquel Corrêa Barros, leaders of the Antipiracy & Brand Protection area in our firm, have authored an article on combating piracy in Brazil for the “WTR Anti-Counterfeiting and Online Brand Enforcement: Global Guide 2024,” released this week.
WTR provided a guide overview, featuring insights from the content authors. They share their expertise and ideas on how brand owners should develop anti-piracy strategies, considering e-commerce and other technologies. While technological advancements pose significant challenges in the fight against counterfeiting, they can also serve as allies in creating effective anti-piracy approaches.
