Chambers and Partners’ Patent Litigation Guide 2025 is now available

The Patent Litigation 2025 Guide is now available! Organized by Chambers and Partners, Kasznar Leonardos has led the chapter in Brazil.

Our partners Gabriel LeonardosClaudio Barbosa and Viviane Trojan authored the “Law and Practice” subchapter, covering patent practices and regulations in Brazil, including granting procedures, protection terms, fees, infringement lawsuits, defenses, nullity, and licensing.
