Kasznar Leonardos welcomes new partner specialized in Patents

With more than 30 years’ experience in intellectual property, Rosane Tavares has joined our firm as a partner heading all administrative processes in the Patent area, including filing, annuity, issuing fees, among others.

Master in Intellectual Property Law from Alicante University (Spain), Rosane has also a post-graduation in IP from PUC-Rio, graduation in law from Bennett and Languages (Portuguese-Spanish) from UERJ.

Rosane was partner on firms such as Momsen, Leonardos & Cia, Luiz Leonardos & Advogados and Guerra IP. She is member of some of the most important IP associations (ABPI, ASIPI e INTA) and Board member of Brazilian Association of Intellectual Property agents (ABAPI), where she also coordinates and teaches the Basic and Intermediary IP course since 2006.
