About Raquel Barros

A lawyer with postgraduate degrees in Intellectual Property and New Business from FGV, and in Criminal Law and Procedure from Faculdade Damásio de Jesus, she also has training in Intelligence and Investigation (OSINT), Civil Procedure applied to Intellectual Property, and Industrial Property. She is a member of AASP, ABPI, and serves as deputy coordinator of the Commission for the Repression of Infractions & CNCP.
