Our partner Gabriel Leonardos participated in the online event “Mastering Domain Name Disputes: Insights and Strategies for the Latin American Community”, promoted by the Canadian International Internet Dispute Resolution Centre (CIIDRC).

The conversation focused on domain name dispute resolutions in the digital era, within the legal framework and applicable policies in Latin America. Gabriel discussed his experience with domain name disputes at a global level (regulated by the UDRP) as well as the Brazilian system (SACI).
