Our partner Elisabeth Kasznar Fekete is the author of the book review Research Handbook on Design Law, published in The Trademark Reporter (TMR), a scientific journal edited by INTA.

Coordinated by author Henning Hartwig, the book is a collective work that brings together various experts in Intellectual Property and Design Law.

In the review, Elisabeth brings an overview about the book, which focuses on the legal aspects that define designs as an Intellectual Property matter, covering their protection, licensing, and enforcement through a multidisciplinary approach.
