BPTO launches the Intellectual Property showcase project (“IP Window”)

Entered into force on October 01, 2020, the IP showcase project called “IP Window”, an initiative by the Brazilian Patent and Trademark Office (BPTO) to facilitate the technology transfer and the licensing of intellectual property assets.
The IP Window project involves an on-line system for the publishing of official announcements that allows the owners to offer their patents (pending patents or patents already issued by the BPTO), in a platform specially developed so those who are possibly interested in new technology solutions may identify assets available for negotiation.
