Chambers and Partners’ Patent Litigation Guide 2024 is now available!
We are pleased to announce that our partners Gabriel Leonardos, Claudio Barbosa and Viviane Trojan, alongside attorneys at law Jorge Tinoco and Daniel Leopoldino, are contributing as authors to the Brazil chapter in the Patent Litigation 2024 guide, organized by Chambers and Partners.
Gabriel, Claudio and Viviane have authored the subchapter “Law and Practice”, addressing the relevant rules and actions regarding the patent registration process, infringements and related disputes in Brazil.
