It is with great pride that we announce that our firm has been recognized in the 4th edition of the CESA Gender Equity Seal.

This year, we were awarded the ENGAGED designation in the promotion of gender equity. This category highlights law firms that implement activities and initiatives aimed at advancing this agenda.

The CESA Gender Equity Seal is an initiative designed to foster new actions, showcase inclusion projects, and establish goals for the advancement and recognition of women professionals within law firms, both in legal and administrative roles. The project was conceived by the Women Leaders Group of CADEP and approved by the Board of Directors and the Council of the Center for Studies of Law Firms (CESA), with the technical partnership of TREE Diversidade.

We are proud to be part of this transformation and to continue strengthening the female-driven spirit that has shaped our journey and inspired new achievements.
