Partner Tatiana Silveira participates in ABAPI’s advanced patent course

Our partner Tatiana Silveira has been invited to teach in the advanced patent course organized by ABAPI (Brazilian Association of Industrial Property Agents) on July 22nd.

Under the theme “The impact of the new interpretation by the Brazilian Patent and Trademark Office (INPI) on guidelines for resource instructions and administrative nullity processes in patent examination”, Tatiana will join other experts in analyzing recent changes in INPI policies and practices.

The discussion will provide an overview of the challenges and opportunities that arise for companies and professionals involved in the innovation and intellectual property protection process in Brazil.
