Published ANVISA’s new rule relative to the prior consent for the granting of a patent for pharmaceutical products and processes
Valid since August 10 2017 – date of its publication on the Official Federal Gazette – this new rule confirms all the principals and procedures already stated on Normative Instruction Nº 01, from May 31 2017.
