Through ongoing actions and partnerships, we seek to honor that commitment by striving for a more egalitarian and sustainable environment, both at the firm and in surrounding society.
Since 2021, we have been signatories of the United Nations Global Compact, a commitment that guides our daily activities based on the 10 principles related to Human Rights, Labor, Environment, and Anti-Corruption, as tangible practices of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Diversity and Inclusion
We recognize the importance of a diverse work environment for any evolving organization. By valuing our employees and their different world views, lifestyles and means of expression, we affirm their central contribution to our growth. Our Diversity and Inclusion Program seeks to promote inclusive practices at our organization, while rooting out discrimination and inequality.
Corporate Social Responsability
We remain convinced that our work offers the potential for social transformation. Currently, we support Brazil’s largest pediatric hospital (Hospital Pequeno Príncipe) and remain committed to making high-level medical care more accessible to children throughout Brazil. We have also partnered with Camp Mangueira, a national non-profit organization that assists and protects adolescents and young people living in socially vulnerable conditions.
