Brazilian Patent Office establishes PPH pilot project with Denmark
In its continued effort to decrease the patent examination backlog, the Brazilian Patent Office has signed its seventh PPH agreement, this time with the Danish Patent Office. The agreement inaugurates a pilot program by means of which the examination of applications filed in either of the two national offices, or in the respective PCT Receiving Offices, will be expedited.
